You have one week (7 days) before the link in your "my account" page will expire.
You can download an ebook up to 4 times.
If your product is a digital download, it should be available immediately for download from your "my account" page. Make sure you are logged into our website, then click the "my account" link which can be found in the upper-right corner of every one of our pages.

Just below the header of that page you will see a tab entitled "Files". Your downloaded file(s) should show up on that page.

If nothing shows up, check the status of your order by clicking the "Orders" tab. If your order is still "pending" we may still be waiting for your payment and your download will be activated as soon as it is received.

  1. Choose a product and add it to the shopping cart.
  2. Click the green "Checkout" button.
  3. Fill out your information and select a shipping method if required.
  4. Then click "Review order" and complete your purchase.
  5. You will receive both an onscreen confirmation that your order has been placed successfully and you will receive an email receipt.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments.

There are several reasons why your purchase may be pending. The most common reason is pending PayPal eCheck payment. Paypal eCheck may take up to 72 hours to fully process payment. When payment has been confirmed by PayPal, the status will be updated to "Payment received".

Rarely, the pending status could reflect a problem in the order process. In these cases, we will be contacting you directly about how to resolve the issue.

The very first thing to try when this is happening is to click here and then attempt to login again. This will remove your old session on this site and you should now be able to login without further issue.
