Hi John,
Thank you for sharing your amazing exercise system in "The Miracle 7." I am ASTOUNDED by the results. This is by far the best exercise method I've come across; it is the only one I am using now. (I also bought "Every Woman's Guide to Personal Power" for supplementary exercises.)

After seeing the results for myself (a 49 year old woman), I've started my 15 year old son on the Miracle 7 program. He is not naturally muscular and has a tendency to gain weight. I had already put him on a low-carb/high-protein diet, and he lost 40 lbs. After only a few weeks of using the Miracle 7 exercises, his shoulders are beginning to get that rounded, powerful look, and his biceps/triceps are taking shape as well. He is losing weight more easily now that he is gaining muscle. When my smaller boys get older, I will start them on this program too. (At what age should they begin? They are now 7 and 10.)

I plan on buying my son your other book "Pushing Yourself to Power." Please let me know if you have other suggestions for a 15 year old guy just starting out in this method of physical fitness.

It was nice to discover that you stand for basic Biblical values, ethics, and beliefs. That makes me feel even better about buying your books and recommending them to my friends.

Thanks again. I am so happy to have found your books and web site.

Many blessings,
April and family

April,

I moved your post here because the feedback and support section is made for technical issues, so John rarely reads it, the webmaster is usually the only one to read it.

Hey April,

This is an outstanding testimony to the effectiveness of the Transformetrics program. One suggestion I have seen on the forum before for boys starting out (in addition to M7) is Jim Forystek's Powerflex Flexercise Book. But that is merely a suggestion to use one of several top rate options available to you through this site. There is nothing you obtain here that would be wrong for the goals that you have for you and your family.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your success!

Hello April,

Thank You. Your kind words are deeply appreciated.I'm thrilled that you have had such wonderful results with the Miracle Seven, but I am not the least bit surprised because the Miracle Seven represents the ultimate foundational program for anyone that wants to remain Healthy, Strong, Fit & Sculpted for life.

As far as your 15 year old son is concerned I think that our Powerflex Course that Max Mc Kinley has recommended would be perfect for him. Powerflex was written by my good friend Big Jim Forystek and offers 8 highly structured workouts of 5 exercises each that are incredibly productive and very easy to follow. In addition, each of the 40 exercises it contains have been demonstrated by Jimmy Forystek (who was 19 years old at the time) and his brother Johnny Forystek (who was 16 at the time). As a result I believe PowerFlex would be highly motivational for your teenage son. After following PowerFlex for the first year your son may wish to learn more of the Transformetrics Training exercises and at that point he could order Pushing Yourself To Power which contains more than 150 exercises to strengthen and sculpt the entire musculature from every conceivable angle.

Once again, thank you April. God Bless You.

P.S. Joe Justice I owe you another one. Thanks Brother

welcome, welcome glad to have another practioner in the mist. I can attest to the tiger moves being a perfect foundational routine they are in and of themselves perfect. I have trained with them exclusivly from time to time and am doing them regualry now. I think you will grow and advance in more aspects than just fitness from joing on this fourum I know I have. There are some of the greatest minds in existence on this forum with years of experinence and knowledge. you have stumbled upon prehaps the most liberating methods for physical and mental development bar none.
as for your younger sons I personally beleive..now im no professional..since these methods require only the internal and external energies of the body...there would be a extremly low chance any harm would be done..as long as you were carefully monitering and coaching them not to strain themselves. I beleive these methods would put them physically and mentally ahead and fortify a good solid foundation for concious devotion to leading a healthy active life style...I would kill to have known about these methods in younger years. But honestly you cant force fitness on the younger ones its usually best to lead by example and let them gravitate towards it by inclination.
these are just my opinions and reasonings at the end its all up to you....but welcome and hope you stick around there is a whole new world here to explore.

Thank you for the gracious replies and the very kind welcome.

(I had a few questions, but am looking for the answers in the other threads.)

Reading through the threads and letters, it looks like this site is a great resource of practical information and encouragement. It is nice that the members can share with each other about their passion for fitness as well as anything else that matters to them. I am impressed, too, with the courtesy that the members show to one another.
