Hi All:

Today i did:

10/ 17/ 2/ 17/ 14= 60 total in 5 sets of Warrior Power T Push Ups with feet together

2x5 close-grip pull ups

Short but good workout today. I am very happy I boosted my one set max with the Warrior Power T's from 15 to 17. I remeber when feet together seemed almost impossible. Now it is challenging but more natural. I also remember when I could not do one pull up. Now I can do 2x5 close-grip pull ups. Neither the Warrior Power T's nor the pull ups are great numbers on my part but they show a significant improvement I think. It only goes to show if one gives themselves enough time what seemed like a goal will become part of a routine.

PEACE and GOD BLESS

Hi All:

I did nothing special today. I did though 40 reps in sets of Warrior Power T push ups. I used different hand positions for some of the sets.

But tomorrow I think I will do a Warrior Power T push up ladder. My max with the T's is 20 so I'll start my ladder tomorrow at 12 and work my way down. That should equal 78 push ups total. That will be 18 more total than I normally do. I really can't GTG nor do I think I can do a prymaid with the T's just yet so this ladder will have to do for a while.

Have a great day all.

Hi Tim:

I actually work a normal amount of hours. But it is when I work. I work 2-10, so I need to do everything in the morning. But so far it is going along fine. Thanks for asking.

Today i did:

biceps/ triceps/ shoulder/ chest/ stick CIC' s --far--

20/14 warrior power T push ups-- feet together--

1x10 superman wheel push ups

40 TBS

I am going to start doing certain things in my workout everyday like these isometrics. Plus I will be trying to do the superman wheel push ups everyday too. I feel doing ones et of those is just right for everyday. But I'll see what happens.

HI All:

Today I did:

biceps/ triceps/ shoulders/ chest/ iso-stick isometrics --middle--
--15 second holds each

1x10 Superman Wheel Push Ups

5 wide-grip pull ups

wall squat

I'm doing what I consider to be morning GTG routine. Hopefully as my body adapts to these exercises the reps will increase and the number of exercises I do in a day might improve also. That is the plan. But I am beginning to believe that a small number of the same daily exercises done each day are just a effective as constantly mixing up the routine.

I'm happy with today's workout too.

Today I did:

16 reps then 14 reps of Warrior Power T's -- feet together

1.10 minute hang

2x6 wide-grip pull ups
2x10 close-grip chin ups

biceps/ triceps/ shoulders/ chest/ isometric-stick CIC'S -- middle--

1x10 Superman Wheel Push Ups

My goal now is to add the floor L-Sit scissors. I'll need to work up to it. But Galtaau's info was very helpful. I also enjoy doing these exercises each day this way-- not overly so but just enough. It is a good workout (believe me) and I don't feel as sore during the day.

Today I did:

5, 7, 7 reps of Warrior Power T push ups done as Tiger stretch push ups

I am very proud of that. I did other exercises I can't remember now. But I am beginning to agree with JP's philosophy of body weight exercise. I think a varity of push styles is best if done every day.

Hi Tim:

The Body Rows I did on my Perfect Pull Up. I bought the thing for myself for Christmas and boy do I love it. One can do door rows, any type of chin up imaginable, body rows, and tricep extension. Plus anything else done with a chin up bar. For me it is far better than the Perfect Push Up. It also comes with these handles that twist so it is like using a towel in each hand to rotate ones pull ups with. So it gives you tremendous biceps flexion.

But what I am focusing on nowadays is the Tiger Stretch Push Up. I am doing those like Greg Newton suggested to me I do them. A brief rest after each 10 in the up position. Do a max that way. Rest fully for awhile. Then do another 20 to 30.

Today I did:

1.10 minute hang

10 chin ups with a five second hold on last rep.

50 Tiger Stretch Push Ups

Hi All:

I am feeling even better today, so since I am recovering from my cold, I will for the next three days do just isometrics. Then once I am 100 percent I will do isometrics every other day and in between those days I will continue on my quest for 100 straight Tiger Stretch Push Ups.

Today I did:

2 minute wall push --middle--

Hi Tim:

Glad to see you hit your goal. That was a great job. Keep up the great work. Yeah the WPT PLANK with feet elevated really works the whole body.

Today I did:

CIC's for the biceps, triceps and shoulders
--middle-- 15 second holds

1 minute hang

I've been following this routine for the last several days. Of course my holds have been from different angles. I feel greatly over my cold now. But I will add push ups and other PCs in a gentle way back into my routine. Hopefully that will be tomorrow, but I will keep these isometrics for they are a great way to get the morning started.

Today all I did was:

3x10 chin ups

I am thinking of cutting the reps a bit and adding one more set to each. 10 is actually my max for now, and seeing that one should not go to max, then adding more sets seems like the thing to do. That way overall rep count should go up.

Today I did idometrics like I did yesterday, but in different positions, and x10 M7's. All those I find to be a good warm up for the day. I also do a number of DVRs. They are also very good exercise.

2x5/ 2x6 chin ups
-- my tendons no longer hurt me in my arms. But when I do chin ups my lower to middle back muscles tighten up painfully. That never happened to me before. I thank the improved tendons to DVRs, but I need to work on my back. I will think about what best to do. But I will not give up chin ups. I know it is just muscular in my back so it will take time but it will improve.

PEACE

Hi All:

Today I did:

towel isometric for back--middle--
Milo's --middle--
2 minute wall push --middle--

3x7 for each type of chin up
--regular/ close/ and wide grip
total= 63

I've been doing this workout for the last serval days. I find not going to failure with the chin ups is far better for I can add more sets per chin up type. And I can do chin ups every day, a type of exercise I truly enjoy.
