-Jab, reverse punch combo: 10 each side, concentrating on hip rotation on the reverse punch.

-MILO: 5 DSR reps at moderate tension, 1 ISO hold

Physical therapy exercises:

-Stick held behind back with both arms, lift up and back: 2 reps/20 ct
-Stick held to side, right arm straight down, left arm out front, push right arm back: 2 reps/20 ct
-Stick held behind back with both arms, pull stick to left, stretching right shoulder: 2 reps/20 ct
-Stick held behind back with both arms, lift up: 10 reps

I always enjoy reading about your work outs but I have a question and please forgive me if you have answered this before. “Quiet time: Time not notated” What exactly is this?

Hi GB,

I think I have answered a similar question before. But, it's been a while. So, I don't mind answering it again.

My “Quiet Time” is simply my time in the morning when I pray, read the bible and do some journaling. It’s one of the spiritual disciplines I was taught at my churches men’s group.

Today I learned that I waste time during my workout period. I did the same thing I’ve been doing, but in less time. I’m going to TRY to remember to get my Gymboss timer out in an effort to keep myself moving.
