Hey Friends,

I regularly workout with the Tiger Moves from Mr. Peterson's Miracle 7 book. I just started doing the DVR routine from chapter 3 of Pushing Yourself to Power. I want to encourage any regular Tiger Moves fans to try out this routine.

First of all you already know 7 of the exercises! Second the additional 5 are a great compliment to the ones you are already doing. Third, the learning curve will be quicker since you have already been practicing putting the mind in the muscle and building that laser focus that comes from doing DVRs.

FYI - remember to do several complete power breaths between each set. I was floundering around the first couple times - just not getting into a good rhythm until I remembered Mr. Peterson advice about power breathing to rejuvenate between sets.

All the Best.

That DVR Routine from PYTP is GREAT! I totaly agree with you. I think that for someone new the M7 is the best book to start with, John is a good writer and communicator but he is outstanding in the M7! PYTP is a great book, and the DVR Routine is the tops!!! PYTP and Powerflex are the two best versions of the Atlas Course bar none!
