Hello,
My first time posting on this forum, for about 2 1/2 months I have been following John Petersons transformetric program, things such as high volume push ups, ISO power flexes etc. Recently I have been looking to the VRT program and had a few questions
a) I might be wrong but is VRT just "visualizing" the lifting of weights? Like would I visualize bench pressing?

b) Where can I buy the VRT program

Thanks

p.s I am really interested in gaining weight, I am 5 10, 150lbs. I would like to get up to the 170ish range.

I just started VRTs, so all I can tell you is what I know.

1. In VRT, you visualize lifting weights or any other imaginable heavy object. It is, however, more than "just" visualizing lifting weights. The DVD demonstrates each of about 17 exercises. After I watched the DVD twice, I realized that watching the DVD is the only way I could do the VRTs effectively.

2. You can buy the VRT program (DVD and detailed instruction booklet) from this site: http://www.vrtsystem.com/orderform.shtml. It even comes with a money-back guarantee.

The DVD makes sure you don't waste time doing exercises incorrectly. It also shows you how to do a whole body routine in less time than I would have done it by myself.

Hope this helps.
