After two months of healing tendinitis in my shoulder, I'm back! I now know more of what I want than when I started with Transformetrics. I want lean, muscular fitness without injuring myself.
I'm almost 60, and I don't know what caused the tendinitis in the first place. I was doing a lot of isometrics and some push-ups before the tendinitis and tried to push through it rather than resting early on.
One thing that makes it tough to figure out what exercises to do is the plethora of options available within Transformetrics. I want to keep it simple.
I'm thinking of doing all of the VRT exercises that appear on Greg's DVD in the positive direction only three times a week. High tension, taking about six seconds for each rep. Then walk at least 30 minutes on three other days each week.
Does this make sense?
