is it allright to do powerflexing everyday or should I do it every other day

How many sets per body part are you doing? How long does each set last?

3 sets per body part 1 at starting position 1 at midway and 1 at end each lasting 6 seconds

I personally don'tsee anything wrong with doing that everyday. Have you tried to workout with different intensities and different time durations? That is what I tend to do for my leg workouts, sometimes I will try to powerflex it for around 25-30 seconds and do 3-4 sets, by doing this I keep my workouts more interesting.
Are you only doing powerflexing are do you do calisthenics as well?

I am doing vrt and after set I do powerflexing for post fatigue

If you have concerns about overtraining then monitor your resting heartrate upon rising, An elevated rate MAY be an indication of overtraining.

Frequency depends on the intensity.The higher the intensity the less frequency required and the opposite.
If you apply maximum tension i wouldn't suggest training more than 2-3 times a week.
