Atlas Pushups 4 x 6 (working up to 4 x 8)
leg raise 1 x 15

Powerflex routine (all muscle of body hit, supplemented with exercises from original Maxick workout)
all contractions held for 8 sec

Aerobic isometrics (pullup, wall sit, leg raise, and dip)
each held for 30 sec.
