Hi,

Just thought I'd post a couple of pics I took yesterday to mark 5 months since my life saving operation late October last year.

The lighting's not the best.

Please feel free to post some constructive criticism.

Take care,
Steve

Hey Steve,

I just saw the photos. You look so good and so strong that few would ever imagine how close you were to death in October. Keep it up my friend. The best is yet to come.

Thank you guys for your kind words & compliments, they mean a lot to me & help keep me going.

Currently, I am focusing mainly on increasing my shoulder width & reducing my waistline.

Take care,
Steve

Way to keep the body fat off while keeping the muscle mass on. Two tough tasks if when you're feeling 100%

Steve,

Glad you’re feeling better and working out, back on track. I know it’s been mentioned before but the fact that you were in good shape, active and working out before the operations must have had a positive impact on your survival and recovery.

Be safe and do good things.
