Hi all,
My schedule has been so crazy as of late(working in the day-teaching at night)that I have had to really crunch workouts.One example;
Three sets of each of the Tiger moves
in between each set 20 pu'(variety)
and twenty hindu squats
You end up with 210 Tiger moves and 420 pu's and squats.When I do this I do them continuous without stopping,like you do a deck of cards(another favorite as of late with the time crunch-which by the way you can do with dsr's,dvr'swith one deck and then the other deck(if you decide to do two decks that is)pu's and squats).
It is a great high paced workout and fits my needs for now-gotta run,miss you all! see you soon!
