45 today!

Hi,

I am 45 today.

7 years ago I decided to change my life style when my little son was born. I started exercising, taking care of my food quality, and in general making a better life style.

Now, after those years I can see and feel the results. In these times I had the great fortune to get the Charles Atllas DT course, followed by PYTP, Miracle Seven, and an excelent friend of mine gave me as a gift the IPR book!
DVRs and Isometrics are like a gift....for a person that had damaged knees, shoulders and very very weak arms...8 years ago...Now those things are in the past...!!!!

Thanks all for your support and guidance here...and John P., Thanks for helping others to change their lives for better!!!!
I can only say thanks God for being in this current state of health, strength and happiness...

Nací en Los Angeles, California, EEUU. Pero me cuidan en Rialto, California, EEUU que era un pueblo pequeño y rural cerca de viñas y arboleda de naranjas durante las décadas 1950s y 1940s. Trabajabamos mi familia con las naranjas. El mejor parte de los vecinos eran latinos.

Compartíamos una televisor entre 3 familias, y no teniamos una refrigeradora electrica, pero teniamos una communidad.

Holá Sergio,

Encontré este articulo (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saltillo) en Wikipedia español que se trata con Saltillo. Tiene una história muy interesante.

Vivimos la esposita y yo en Tacoma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tacoma), en Estado de Washington, noroeste parte de EEUU. Tacoma también tiene mucho de interés. Como Saltillo, tenemos muchos túneles subterráneos en Tacoma y igualmente hay muchos túneles en Seattle, lo que no está muy lejos. Llueve mucho por aquí y hay mucho vegetación y arboles verdes, y también lagos.

Espero que se encuentren super bien. Disculpen por mi retraso en la contestación, pero estoy felíz al igual que Alan de tener 2 personas de habla hispana en el forum. Nací en Venezuela y viví por 3 años en Ciudad de México hace ya 4 años. Actualmente vivo en Venezuela en este caribe hermoso con mucho mar y ese sol caribeño que baña el alma.

Hope all of you are doing super-fine. Sorry for my delay in replying but am extremely happy as Alan is, to have spanish speaking people in the forum. I was born in Venezuela and lived in Mexico City for 3 years 4 years ago. Am living currently en Venezuela in this beatiful caribbean with a lot of sea and that wonderful caribbean sun that shines into the souls.
