Hi Everyone
On the 16/04/09 i did the following:
Feet elevated pushups with pushup stands, close grip for the triceps, i did 250 reps.
Then i did basic pushups, with feet on the floor, with pushup stands, close grip for the triceps, i did another 250 reps.
Total reps = 500 reps for the triceps.
I am hoping to try a variety of pushups with your normal pushup stands, i shall be letting you know how it goes.

Hi Hopeful
Thanks for the kind and encouraging words.
I try not to do any less than 500 reps per workout with my pushups, no matter what variation i am doing, as John says there is no wrong variation of pushup, unless it hurts you.
Thats what i like with this forum, i have been a member of these sites i think since late 2005 or early 2006 and this goes for everyone on this site, there is none of this i am better than you attitude, which you get from some sites, with this site everyone encourages each other with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
Hope your workouts are going good, speak with you soon.
All the best.
