A diagram would be helpful. Baley's book has one, but its such a bad photo you can't tell what's going on.

Right. Here's how, step by step.

Hold the buckle end of the webbing in your right hand, buckles pointing up, and the free end in your left hand. Pass the free end, left to right, through both buckles. Then loop it up and back (right to left) over the first buckle, then under the second. Slide the webbing to form the desired loop length, then pull the webbing (the loop, not the dangling free end) tight on both sides of the buckle with both hands. She's not going to budge.

A picture might help but it's much easier than it sounds. ;-)

Even though John help spread the education about isometric exercises and make access to great tool like the iso power belt. It's still up to the individual to use those knowledge and tool to TAKE ACTION to do the exercise. So don't forget to give yourself credit for doing the work. there's many great praise for John's work which is much deserved, however, you have to praise and credit yourself more to gain motivation and for sticking with your guns on exercising as that is the key factor for accomplishing your goal. John can support you with knowledge and tools, but the bottom line is that it's your action alone that makes the difference in getting your positive results. just a reminder that your part of the equation in changing your life. Remember that! sometimes the praise for john sounds like john's responsible for your success however, I like people to be aware that your responsible for your success through your actions. i'm sure he wants us to take responsible for ourselves rather than following him like a guru or credit him for our success. I can only credit john for the added knowledge and tools he support us with but I credit myself for the hard work I've done applying those knowledge and tool to reach my goal.

you'll be surprise how praising yourself out loud to self or others motivates yourself more to keep going with your health/fitness goals. not to mention the confidence boost. give it a go.

If self praise doesn't work then try self flagellation

that requires action too for flagellation. had to look up that fancy word but your too funny Grunt.

there's also looking in the mirror for feedback. the progress will motivate you to continue your workout. of course nutrition intake affect how much one can see one's muscles.

I'm already seeing progress by doing them dead lifts and seeing strength increase on my legs. I'm thinking of not doing my isolated biceps and triceps workout. doing the other isometrics that include more muscles like pull ups, iso chest exercise, iso row etc.. already give them forearms and biceps/triceps enough workout. I don't like my arm being too muscular tight or big. it also seems i've develop more of triceps than biceps. And it's not even a week since I got the iso belt. it does help increase more tension then if you were using your own body due to leverage. that's a fact.
