You ask a great question. Truth is, what you see is just a start. I'm starting with the most essential supplements to build and maintain the strength of the Skeletal Structure Itself. Even if "perfect food" existed some health advocates still suggest suplementation; they claim that some nutrients can be beneficially ingested at levels well beyond what could be obtained from food.

Inherent in such claims is that nature aint perfect & man can improve upon it.

John, with thousands of different products out there, how does a guy decide which to use and which just creates expensive urine? I think there's a good and reasonable approach to complete nutrition. I also think it's wise to seek out a specific treatment for an ailments that an individual may experience, such as joint pain.

I am open to adding a few more things to my daily intake, but I don't know which ones are most valuable. Cost is only a consideration too. I am a big believer in pharmaceutical grade fish oil, Apple Cider Vinegar by the Braggs and high quality mineral supplements. After that, there are a million others to consider and that's where I get lost. I've decided to try and get more of the essentials from food instead of pills. Vitamin C in oranges, strawberries for example. I guess what I am getting at is that I don't know what I don't know.

John, this line looks excellent. I was amazed to read that you've got something coming on par with Wobenzyme. I looked at a bottle in the health food store the other day . I've heard a lot of good things about it, but it was ultra-costly. And had food coloring and a sugar coating. Mind you, I think the store had simply gotten their hands on the German-market version; I'm sure the American market version is called "Clear", ie, no colored coating or sugar.

I supplement. In a perfect world, our soils would be rich and vital; today, only pockets of that fertility remain, often due to shoddy farming and monoculture practices. It's just one more reason I want to find a good place to grow as much of my food as I can. That being said, I'm totally behind good supplements for missing nutrients (as well as restoring our soils), and supplements that aid the body in healing physical injury, et al.

Do you know offhand if any of these supplements would be suitable for vegans? I don't really know anything about systemic enzymes, but I was curious to try that product specifically. I already take a digestive enzyme product, but I assume they're two different things.
