Hey Friends,
If any of you reading this are really serious about developing awesome strength with forearms like "Pop Eye" that carries over to just about every full body strength and fitness activity that you can imagine, Then quit fooling around and order "THE WARRIOR POWER T'S". The T's simultaneously build Biceps, Triceps, and Forearms, Shoulders, Chest, Upper Back, Core (abs, lower back, and hips),and even Upper and Lower Legs (due to the strong Isometric component that is required when performing the exercises).
It would be literally impossible to work up to sets of 50 consecutive reps in perfect form without building "off the charts strength", a great physique with a Herculean grip, and full body muscular control and stabilizing strength. Not only that, but your sense of balance would be off the charts too. So, if you're really serious about developing super strength and fitness, ORDER THE WARRIOR POWER T's and follow the manual exactly as written in building up to the super advanced exercises.

P.S. I invite of my friends that have experienced exactly what I am referencing in this post to please verify with your own experience.
For those that are interested I’ve figured out how to post on U-tube. Be forewarned I never said I was pretty.
The clips were actually taken better than 2 years ago while I was still “experimenting & changing” the Ts. They look different because what I was using for end caps were big rubber caps. They (the caps) didn’t work very well if you wanted to use alternate grips you had to remove the caps. These ones were not powder coated.
If you look close you can see another pair on the floor. These did not have end caps on them and the stilts were shorter.
What’s happening here Is a short lunchtime break workout. We had all done some Hindu pushups and squats and some regular pushups and then started taking turns using the T doing a verity of things. Skip picked up the camera several times while I was using the Ts, never intended or expected that these would get posted anywhere. I’m going to do some new clips but so far my lack of experience with a camcorder has been very evident. If you want to see some really good clips check out Free’s.

PS. Not in the original instructions – for advanced users and for MMA and combat players try grip position #6. Place your hands in position 1 and them move your thumb over to the opposite side, an open grip like is used in grappling by many players.

I haven't played around with the T's in a while, the last time I had a real go at them is when I broke my record from 52 to 63. 63 Is my max now and im edging closer and closer to hitting 100 in a row. Seriously though these have become my secret weapon for bending and tearing, its perfect for tearing phonebooks cause of the technique I need for the grip and the T's Provide that.

I just got back to using them(I really have not been doing any push up of any kind since before the before the first of the year I have been doing the M7 and Isometrics)I origonaly got up to 35 pushups on them plus 15 hindu push ups.I got this excitement if I can use that word about picking them up again and see where I can go with them.two words I can say that sums up the power tees is concentrated effort ( because you really have to develop a mind body connection with them and with the T your literally forced to the is no other way you cant go through the motion with these babies your focus has to be dialed in just because of their very nature.I know there more things that could be said about the power t.Kevin PS when you use these it makes it easier to isometrics because your body is in a isometrically contracted state when using them

I have gained so much more core strength using the Power Ts that it is incredible. I have recently been holding planks on them even though I use them for pushups. Just the plank itself will put you through a workout. It is also very challenging to use different hand positions with these. By far these are my favorite workout tools that I have ever used or seen.

The T's are pretty effective. I'm nowhere near the number some of you guys are putting out on them! How on earth could you do 50?! I've gotten as many as 15 in a single set and even that blew my mind!
The thing with the T's is they make the plain 'ol push-up SUPER hard. Even planks are crazy hard with them.
So if you're one of those guys that thinks push-ups are easy, then picking up a set of T's is will change your mind.

This is really awesome! good time spent on your lunchtime break!
I am in my second month of M7 ... a novice.
I have to vanquish COPD. This is my hope, because the M7 can be done to strengthen muscles without taxing the breathing too much, but using breathing as a help.
I suppose you use breathing ieven in the push ups?
Great work!
An admiror!
