Hi Gary,

A very informative video. One that stresses common-sense solutions to the problems of the day: deep breathing, a cure-all John P. recommends, proper nutrition, and of course, the bane of our times, the necessity of getting more sleep. I also highly recommend acupuncture, it cured me of stress-related maladies.
