Just found this on YouTube and it looks like a great exercise. I was wondering if anyone here does it and can comment on it's effectiveness.

Looks like super perverse version of a gymnast's muscle up. You could do it without a partner if you used a Jungle Gym to hold your legs or a TRX Trainer.
You need a Cherman guy to hold your feet. They're hard to find.

Needles to say, those impressive moves can also be done with easily configured homemade gizmos incl, the adjust webbing loop from JP's Iso Kit
