Sprained my ankle, DVR/VRT means I can still workout. Doing the M7 as a core plus 18 Isometric Powerflexs and alternating with the Commander Set. Is there another system that allows you to maintain your health while restricted like DVR/VRT?

Depending on how bad it hurts, you could even do pushups. Just put the injured leg behind/on top of the strong one. You'll be like a tripod and get a great pushup workout in.
