Hello Friends,
I have been using my Isometrics Power Belt for about two weeks know and I noticed something very interesting the other day. Now my favorite exercise to preform on the Power Belt is the Bicep curls (regular and reversed) and have given it a bit of attention ever since I received the Belt.
Well the other day I decided the knock off a quick set of chin-up (I ended up doing 20 chin-ups which I have never been able to do and I had only did this with pull-ups.)and I was amazed how easy this exercise was when I haven't preformed a set of chin-ups in over four months.
Now I am not posting this to brag. I just wanted to tell you all this because it truly is amazing to me how well this device works. I mean it truly is! So friends keep working hard with your Power Belt. I can promise you won't be disappointed! God bless and All the best.

Congratulations on achieving your goal of 20 pull ups. Honestly, my favorite exercise on the ISO belt are the bicep curls as well. I normally do 2 bicep curls on the belt and then do my push up workout. I feel that doing the bicep curl on the belt really gets me ready for the push ups.

hey Guys,
I could not be more proud of our kid brother Nate than I am. It's hard to believe that on January 28th of 2008, I talked to Nathan for the first time. He was 15 years old stood 5'10" and weighed 90 pounds. I sent him his training materials that day and he started the next week. Nate can tell you what his capabilities were when he started and he can also tell you what they are now. Bottom line: Nate is a perfect example of what can happen when a man masters this mind muscle connection. And by the way, any of you that have a chance to rent Yul Brynner's "King's Of The Sun" will see a man that has almost the exact same proportions as Nate has. I hope you can see that DVD Nate. You'll see what I mean.
In the meantime. Keep doing what you are doing. You are doing great and you're the only man that I have ever known that gained 50 pounds in all the right places in just one year and four months.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the compliments. :) As for the questions, I am doing the curls on the Isometric Belt about three times a week and I do them in the 7 positions (as John has suggested). The reason for this is that I am able to work the muscles in a full range on motion and I really believe this had a big part with helping me hit the 20 chin-ups.
Anyway may God bless you my friends, Train hard, and All the best.
