Greg,

This system really gets it done! The football guys at school all know that I do not lift and are amazed that at my age-this Sunday 49(Happy Mothers day mom-I weighed almost 12 lbs. at birth-ouch!-was born on Mothers Day-my poor mom!) I have such great results.

Two days ago,the weight room was closed. The guys were complaining.I ran them through a couple VRT's,I think the light went on with a couple of them-will follow up.Great system Greg!

peace,
jason

Hey Jason,

Wow! You have made my day! I love hearing your results, and of the conversion you are making (and probably have made) of the other guys regarding VRT!

Recently I got together with some old high school classmates who I have not seen for about 25 years (or more), regarding the death of a classmate. (It was of a heart attack, and the guy looked healthy and was not overweight at all).

One of 'em saw me and says, "So, Mangan, I can see you're still lifting weights, hey?" (Even the last time I saw him, I hadn't lifted weights either.) In a social gathering of friends at a memorial service, I did not bring up my system of VRT. I just said "No, just isometrics. Haven't touched a weight in many, many years," and we continued reminiscing about our dead friend, and memories we had of him in high school and after high school. (Which is 39 years now :excruciating:).

It's a blast having people think you work out with weights, but you really don't. In the proper setting, I let people know all about VRT. But I know your feeling of exhilaration! Nice post, Jason!

Hey Jason,

That's great going. And Greg, I too get the lifting weights assumption from folks. They have a tendency not to believe me when I tell them I haven't touched a weight in almost six years. In re-educating the young people I teach it is hard to get them to reverse their mindset, but your VRT system is one of the tools in my arsenal. I will probably be using it a good bit next school year. I notice some of the young ladies prefer doing VRT as opposed to pushups or DSR's. In fact, come to think about it, my wife fits in that category. That is certainly food for thought.

Take care,

Thank you Greg and Greg!

Like both of you,I use VRT as part of a total system of health.

It should be implicitly understood that this system works in the way that Greg designed it.By using mental focus and creating tension we feel the movements strongly without the wear and tear of weights.

This is the astounding beauty inherent within.I find that not only does it not wear on the joint structure but also has positive benefits to the muscles and tendon strength.I have nothing scientific to back this up(more of a dreamer than a scientist)but this is what both my intuition and my very body tell me.

I like to have the full compliment of dvr's,dsr's,powercals, iso's and VRT.On my VRT days-man-o-man it feels great!

Thank you Greg !

Happy Mother's Day to all here!

peace,
jason

Yeah Greg and guys; I get the same thing, people think I lift weights. Last reunion we had I was shocked how some of them looked. It was obvious many eat to much; drank in excess, plus the smoker's had that look.
