Hello all,

I'm a bit reserved by nature and am not ready to post a picture of me in the buff, but this is a recent photo of me with my shirt on. I'm not superman, but I am 70 pounds lighter than I was about a year and a half ago, more muscular, and I am pleased with my progress with what JP calls "our methods."

Maybe in 6 months or so, I'll post one without my face but with my upper torso.
