Thank you so much for the kind words my friends. You are all looking fantastic yourselves.

As for your questions, I just turned 24, and my workouts are kind of all over the place. Somedays i do isos, some days DVRs, some days ill do push ups. I have been tryin to bulk up but i think im just gonna be happy with what i got and just try to get more definition.
