I was reading an article on sleep recently and wondered how much sleep folks around here get? I usually sleep a pretty good 8 hours, sometimes a bit less.
What about you folks?

I used to need 8 to 9 hours of sleep to feel rested, but after starting Transformetrics 2 years ago my sleep needs changed dramatically 'overnight'. Now I feel rested after 6 to 7 hours during the week, with a good 8 hour lazy day on Saturday or Sunday. If I don't get an extra hour or two on the weekend I start to feel a little sluggish during the second week.
The upside is that I have rescued that time (7 to 10 hours per week) because of exercise, so I can use it to exercise and grow sprouts and do other things that take a bit more time but positively impact my health. It pays for itself quite nicely
All the best,
Jake

I've always been in the six to eight hour range per night. But if tired I'll take a short cat nap, odd how a 15 minute to 20 minute nap can refresh you but it does.

I agree, especially on those days where you have a lot of things to do and your really really tired.
I sleep 6-8 hours on school days and like 9 hours on weekends.

i only sleep 4-5 hours a week max.
gtlaau,
Ok, I HAVE to ask for clarification here.
Did you mean that you get 4-5 hours a night during the week?
I only ask because you stated it as 4-5 hours a week.
