I just wish I knew the details of the deal whereby this "album" is ONLY available at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and online.
Regardless, I hope to get out to Wal-Mart and snag a copy this week.

The sounds of noisy breathing & grunting will drown out the bands; otherwise, consider the sound of silience

Joe , hallo, I didn't think my first post on a physical culture forum would be about rock bands, but you are right.
AC/DC are the greatest band on the planet and I love working out to them.
Have you heard of a band called Airbourne? If not check them out , I think you will like them :music:

YES, I'm glad someone mentioned Metallica :)
Although, I have to admit that I've never worked out to them. Yet, I can easily see how that music would be motivational for a good workout.

I don't listen to music while exercizing but if I did I'd go for some military marching music or Bagpipe Rock (Wicked Tinkers)

I am listening to Airbourne on Rhapsody right now, and you are right, if you like AC/DC you will definitely like this band. Thanks for the suggestion.

"Fred Bear" by Ted Nugent
Also, a REAL old one, The Long Drum Solo of "Inna Godda Da Vida" by the Iron Butterfly, and of course, the rest of the song too! Wow.
But, on a more sedate side, I often listen to "Appalachian Spring" by Aaron Copland. The above two, when I worked out to them, REALLY got me jacked up.
"Them old bones is gonna rise agin!" That's my 56 year old body pumpin' up.

I agree with AC/DC, as long as it's Bon Scott AC/DC. They've just been going through the motions since he passed away.
The music for "Back in Black was 90% complete when Bon passed away. The greatest travesty in Rock and roll is that we never got to hear what he would have done with that music. He was ten times the singer and 100 times the lyricist that Brian Johnson will ever be.
Bon's lyrics were clever and suggestive. Johnson's are dirty and simple minded. Bon's loss is up there with that of Hendrix, John Bonham and Kieth Moon.
