Hey Armorplate,

If you are talking about the pushup book that has been in the works for a couple of years - it is on the way. There have been some revisions and changes, but I have seen excerpts and it will be well worth the wait, especially for those wanting more structured workouts. It should be out next month some time. Meanwhile, Balance of Power, the handstand book is ready and reviews are so far very positive.
