Hey Friends,

Usually when we think of the word consequence it is not a good thing. I was thinking about this and realized NO matter what we do there is ALWAYS a consequence. For example lets use the Transformetrics training system. When we put in the hard work and dedication we will get the results we strive for when training. But if we just sit on our couch and eat twinkies all day will we get the body or the results we want?!? NO WE WON'T!!! So please friends lets ALL put in the hard work and dedication that we have inside ourselves so we can reap the CONSEQUENCES!

I agree Nate...it is all about consequences. Most people don't
think about them ....unfortunately.

Nate,

You are so right! Everything carries a consequence and it is our actions that decide those consequences!

Thanks for the positive message!

Consequences will occur no matter what the behavior is. If it is a bad behavior...well, you will sow what you reap. If it is a good behavior, again, you will sow what you reap. It is a causal relationship and if you are desiring a set of results.....then adjust so that the bahavior, or pattern you follow, will lead you there. OK, sounds easy enough. And it is. But it is also easy enough to fall into the 'bad habits' and get those results, too.

Great put.....

I think another way to view it is that every action has and equal reaction!!

And hey... what's wrong with Twinkie... :act-up:
