(Hope you noted my apology on the other thread re: incorrectly assuming you trained isos only every fourth day) Apart from your daily isos (something I'm starting, w/due attention to different hold times and relative intensities) do you do any other kind(s) of training, for example bodyweight moves such as pushups, pullups or chins, etc.? Even if you do not, do you advise against using these other modalities when utilizing the Power Belt (which I just got, and used for the first time yesterday) or could these other approaches such as bodyweight or kettlebells be employed to advantage on days when not doing maxumum intensity isos? I would imagine that on a day on which you hit the isos hard, full bore contractions, 24 holds, it would be inadvisable to do any other training. Thank you.
