Another inspiring display. It's notewothy that Benny is enaging his entire body to accomplish the tear. & I suspect his heartrate reached near max.

Ah, recycling at its finest! Great stuff, Benny!
Hey benny did you buy Dennis Rogers 'A Grip that Rips' and if so would you drop me a PM or just post about whether you think it is a worthwhile purchase if one is interested in tearing. Essentially is it a real art or is it a lot of fluff for the money?
Benny, I just found this part of the forum. You crack me up. That was great!! More!!

Benny that tear was stupendous. I've ripped a phonebook but not like that! You're John Brookfield and the Mighty Atom all rolled into one.
Impressive
If dinosaurs were alive today, Benny could choke one with his bare hands. I bet you don't struggle getting lids off of jars.

Depends on the Jar lol. Earlier tonight I was asked to take a lid off a Jam jar. I took it, 2 seconds later its off brand new. Man i'm glad I know how to work them Tendons. A small quote from Slim The Hammerman "I believe tendons are vey important, not so much muscle but tendons."

Hi Benny,
I love the phone book video! Very cool!
I was thinking it would be nice if you gave us a few lessons on how to do this? I would love to tear into one when the guys is standing there handing me another ******* PHONE book! LOL!
How about a lesson or two?
Thanks for thinking about it!

Tim,
I would love to do this for you and the guys but at the moment my uploading isn't working very well as my cpu shuts down after a while and the thing is screwed up. It also takes many hours for it to upload in the first place. Now I can describe the ways to do them if you like just send me a PM. If you truely want the real deal on how to shred up a book the best person I can recommend is Dennis Rogers. He makes any strongman look weak in many areas including tearing a phonebook. I can do my best but his video is far better then I can do.
