Hi, all...

I want to share my results of using DVRs with Accelerated Tension Techniques.
I started on May 2, weight 180 pounds. BMI 31

My routine is based on the 7 tiger moves and CAT, 3 series of 10 reps, first 6 reps in very light tension, 7th and 8th with increased tension and the last two at max tension, for each one of the tiger moves.
Drink lots of water and green tea (2 cups per day).

I also walk 2 to 3 miles, but not in daily basis, 2 or 3 times a week.

Results:
Current weight (June 11): 170 pounds. BMI 28.5
More muscle mass is noticeable, specially on my upper body (Shoulders, chest and arms).
Got rid of pain in my right shoulder, left knee and wrists.
Sleep better every night.
I am able to apply MORE tension in the exercises, than before.

Next:
keep on working to achieve my goal of 160 pounds in one more month. (150 pounds would be ideal, but i prefer going step by step).

Regards!

Sergio

That sounds like very great progress! What always amazes me about transformetrics is one's ability to make dramatic changes through gradual progress with very simple routines. I have to keep on reminding myself to Keep it simple; stupid:struggle:!

Sergio very interesting, I recall some recent posts by John and others on similar use of DVRs but not for weight loss. That is the one thing about the forum that is wonderful, how people experiment and share thier results like you are. Good work Sergio, hope you reach your goal.

Sergio, It is great to hear of your progress. It is interesting that you not only are progressing with your goal of weight loss, you have also healed injuries and are sleeping better. You are transforming every part of your life. No other form of exercise or training has the ability to positively effect your whole life in so many ways.

Hey,

Excellent results keep up the hard work.
How often are you performing the tiger moves plus the cat?

Thanks Dave

Sergio My Friend,

CONGRATULATIONS! What you have accomplished is to be commended. I have received a few private e-mails asking about this technique and why I am so 'Gung-Ho' about it. Simply put, there is no better way to learn 'Muscle Control' than to learn the 'accelerating tension technique'. Granted it takes time to master but the results are worthwhile and sensational.

Sergio I have had very similar results for well over 150lbs of weight loss.
There something about the dense muscle that John's program produces that is particularly effective at grabing and burning fat.

My upper body is DVR, isometrics and pushup variations.
Lower is DVR, tabata and squats.
I do three 20 minutes cycles a day right now.

Keep up the good work. Tranformetrics is the way to go for sure.
