Hey Guys,

It's like this, if a man wants to maintain his best possible strength, physique, and fitness for life, he needs to maximize and maintain his VIRILITY and positively avoid anything that would in any way diminish it. This goes for exercise, diet, medications, and sexual practice. By safe guarding and Building our VIRILITY we safeguard everything else. AND IT'S TIME THAT MEN RECLAIM MANHOOD AND BE PROUD OF IT!

EXAMPLE: I have studied nutrition as relates to men and virility for a long time and I'll tell you right now that an excessively low fat diet will destroy a man's Virility and I mean any man's . Hormones are synthesized from good dietary fats.Good dietary fats are good food and a man needs good food. Not only that but the right fats protect the heart and vital organs. The first thing you will note in Virility '10' is that I shoot straight and don't pull punches about anything. Some people will not like what I have to say. That's fine because no one is forcing any one to buy it.

It's all about maintaining MANHOOD for life right into an advanced age(Noel Johnson would punch you and I mean that literally if you said 'OLD' rather than 'ADVANCED' ) just as my friend Noel Johnson accomplished. It's all about doing things right. And yes friends, I deal with sexual issues straight from the shoulder. I'm tired of seeing young men taught to be pansies instead of men. And seeing morons get away with saying things they would not have dared saying when I was growing up in the 50's and 60's because real men didn't put up with that kind of crap. Want an example? Watch this;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5g8kE_g-YA.

So guys I admit that I'm Retro all the way. I believe in The Lord Jesus Christ, I'm a minister of His Gospel, I was raised to respect the American Flag. I was taught to always to tell the truth, to play fair and to never take an unfair advantage. I was taught to respect women.I was taught that there are moral standards and that it's wrong to have sex with anything that moves. I was taught through Charles Atlas how to develop a strong, muscular body without having to rely on any one, any thing, or having to second guess myself. And it's time we started teaching men of all ages these concepts because they are too valuable to lose and I for one do not believe that it's too late.

I look forward to it John. Do you consider coconut oil to be a "healthy" fat? I consume it daily and quite like it. Also, I just received my Iso Power Belt - Incredible! Thank you!

Hey Guys,

Keyway is asking a very good question. Just about everything that I have read as regards coconut oil is very positive as it relates to heart health, skin, and especially for enhancing the body's ability to synthesize hormones(think testosterone). Remember, hormones are synthesized from dietary fats (no fats, no hormones) and coconut is among that best of the best. Naturally, there may be a screwball or two in the nutrition field (or even morons that just like to argue for the sake of arguing)that take a contrary view but all the evidence that I have seen related to this topic leads me to believe that adding a certain level of natural, cold processed coconut oil to our diets or even for topical use on dry skin is a very good and beneficial idea. Anyway, that's my take.

Hello

I once had a girlfriend who said men are little boys with hair.

Of course, that did not apply to me.

Hey Jason78,

Both are covered because both are crucial to lifelong strength and fitness which in turn will guarantee lifelong virility.

Hi,

I have recently had the privilege of reviewing the nutrition chapter. When John and I were discussing what I thought of it, he asked me how would I rate it out of 10. I answered - 15!

It really is that good & reinforces the importance of eating correctly to ensure optimal health & functioning.

I am really forward to reading the entire book when it is released, it's going to be AWESOME!

Congratulations John, I wish you every success with it.

Take care,
Steve
