Hey Guys,
I was over at the Daily Workout Forum and saw some incredible and inspiring workouts. I really enjoyed reading the Jock Mahoney and Woody Strode workout thread by Greg Newton. And then I read that The PeaceKeeper knocks off 1,080 push-ups in 60 minutes. That's not a typo. He does 1,080 in one hour hat's an average of 18 each minute. I also liked reading about his experiences with the Warrior Power T's and The Isometric Power Belt for his Biceps. And for all you guys interested in maximizing biceps development the Iso-metric Power Belt is unbelievable for that purpose. There is simply no way o hit the Biceps more directly in my opinion.
