Hi Kottie,

I hope that you have been in good health and spirit. Thank you fro asking about SSS. A lot has been happening, doing a lot of traveling and training. I will be working with the military in North Carolina and then flying to Arizona to teach a Respect program as well as teach a two day SSS seminar. The staff has been working on the next Black Belt article as we have also been working on the concepts for a new design in walkers and wheel chairs using the Body Logic concepts. The board of directors has been working very, very hard on the Respect program. It is going well as I am deeply honored to be asked to speak at the Worlld Health Conferance in Athens Greece on Sept 5. The karate studio is still very busy in the Summer as I begin focusing on the new fall students. My Tang Soo Do school is quite unique in the fact that we accept students only one day a year. That day will be August 29. If you miss that day you will have to wait another year. Otherwise all is well, my shoulder is healing very slowly, it is driving me crazy but other than that all is well. I hope that you are enjoying the summer with family and friends. As always, be very safe,

Hi Larry,

I am enjoying my summer . Had a great time on the Hot Air Balloon Ride. Have to do it again this fall with just my husband and I. My family spent the day at the Minnesota Car show at the State Fair Grounds to celebrate Father's Day. It was fun. Only saw 2 Mustangs and they were awesome.:car: One had a 10 year boy with a Brett Favre T-shirt from the New York Jets sitting in it dreaming big . DIdn't have the heart to ask if he was a Packer fan or a Viking fan. We enjoyed touring my daughter's house. It is very nice and in a nice neighborhood in St. Paul. I had to spend time on the piano in her basement since I don't have one. I hope to get my own soon and take lessons. I will have a good time with my friends and family this summer. Thanks . I also want to thank you for doing the split second survival series. I hope I never have to use it. Thank you for the time and effort you put into your program and sharing it with us. I will be taking a break from the forum . I hope new people will stop by your forum and ask a lot of questions . You have always been very polite. In the 5 years I have read the forum I know you have experience and wisdom and I learned a lot from you. Best wishes on all your projects and I hope you recover completely from your shoulder injury. Good Luck with your trip to Athens. Greece at the World Health Organization. Sounds like an adventure. Hope your RESPECT program does well.

Best Wishes Always!!!
Your friend,
