The first chapter of IPR has truly motivated me to get back into shape and take charge of my life. Over the last four months I've gained over 20 pounds from eating fast food/vending products and not being able to excercise. From here on out I'm going to take care of my body the Transformetrics way. So here it is, Goal #1: BY JULY 12TH, EXACTLY 31 DAYS FROM NOW, I WILL HAVE LOST 10 POUNDS.

Thank you tim. I'm going with joe's 60 day challenge starting on monday, so any advice to have an upper hand is appreciated ;) i was wondering if my doing 2 sets (1 before and 1 after my 10 hour shift) of 10 all out reps of tiger moves with running three miles every other day is good, or should i up my sets/reps/running. I feel the burn in all of muscles and know that rest is key, but is every other day too little? Should i do 2 on 1 off, 3 on 2 off, etc? Should i rotate my tiger moves and running on separate days?
