Have a look at the BW training being done in the attached clip.
It is what I call taking bodyweight training to the next level.

Nathan,

Some of the moves shown are awe inspiring. The horizontal, pull ups on a vertical pole, set a new standard. Is anyone here is doing them?

And how about the push ups with the feet off the floor? Mind boggling.

Well…………the video nicely shows the trail the “big dogs” run on when it comes to power cals.

Simply unreal. I was so impressed with the guy who was moving from hand stand into pushup and back again a couple times. I am going to be showing this video to tons of people lol.

This reminds me of a book that was out about 20 years ago called "the Weightless Workout" by a guy named Bob Luna. The pole pushout was featured on the cover. The same company that had the Legendary Abs course was selling that book.

Were some of the same exercises shown in that book?

I have the abs course (someone posted it on the web) as well as the whole body and forearm courses. Health for Life had a few courses, most involved weights (except the ab course).
They also had some good bodyweight variations, specifically chins with a triangular close-grip bar and the ever popular 'sissy squats'.
Back when I lifted weights I made some good gains with their programs.
