Some of us are waiting for the VRT Book. I envision it as the same size and glossy quaility as Powerflex and Push Yourself to Power. Since VRT is a revolutionary system I think that The VRT Book could well be a blockbuster for Bronzebow. The beauty of VRT is that rather than dismissing all the experience of weightlifting and bodybuilding it takes that and improves it; is an advancement on the existing system, and in a day and age of limited budgets and tight money around the world VRT can bring the all the benifits of weightlifting and bodybuilding with none of the costs; but also none of the injuries or joint damage.
Developing Nations need VRT, Bodybuilders seeking a healthy alternative need VRT. VRT will be a hit for bronzebow!
Gregg people want workouts, that can be a part of the book. I like the workouts Douglis and others have contributed here, and my own modest effort in that department.
I can see several books on VRT, an Introduction, one on Bodybuilding and maybe an advanced version. Plus the DVD will sell more copies with the books out. I also thought that a smaller glossy copy like Men's Health Best books would sell well as a conpanion to the DVD, but charge $18 a copy for the book and full price for the DVD.
PS and we all get bragging rights we know Gregg!
