I first got interested in body weight workouts a year or two and discovered this web site. I stuck to it for a month or two and then slipped back into all my old bad habits (lifting weights,not enough recovery time between workouts, etc.). The result? A month or two ago I was diagnosed with a degenerative disorder in C5,C6 and C7 resulting in constant nerve pain.I am now in PT for 4 to 6 weeks,cannot workout and cannot play my guitar.I am miserable and depressed but I am going to use this as a chance to get serious about the magnificent 7. This is one 50 year old who can testify to the truth of busted up weight lifter syndrome. OY! Wish me luck and keep me honest.
