Here are our pictures. Sorry I didn't shave but today is my day off and I am being lazy. These are photos of myself, Caleb, Ben, Jon and Joey. The girls backed out. Our workout schedule is 500 pushups every other day, 100 wheels for myself, 50 wheels for the bigger boys and 20 wheels for younger boys. On top of this, we do pullups to max and a 5 minute bridge. On alternating days exercising with Power Belt, Ts and hill sprints. Here are the photos and I hope you are not too grossed out. (We are waiting on Jake's photo and possibly our oldest son Josh- they are having internet issues in Tennessee).

Hey Alan, thanks for the compliment. I am going to grow my beard out again one day. I really liked having one when I had it and my wife liked it too. I shaved it off because some of the more spiritual guys down here had a problem with me having it. Try to figure that one out.

Joe, yes, that is Caleb and he does wrestle gorillas. He used to practice on Jake everyday but now he just has Ben and I to wrestle. We are more like spider monkeys compared to Jake.

Dear Mr. Justice,

Okay I tried to do it the nice way but it didn't work. I am a cuddly little guy believe it or not but since you don't believe it let's go the harder route! I went out into the jungle to get my gorilla wrestler yesterday and we are coming for a visit if I don't win! You had better have plenty of pain killers when we get through with you! Also a lot of chocolate cake would be greatly appreciated and possibly save you some pain.
