Well, our camera literally died tonight while I was taking my photo.
Is that a bad sign? I didn't think I had fallen THAT far off the wagon.
C'est la vie.
Anyway, I am posting a pic from a recent Kayaking trip. My Bride is in the foreground. She's cute, I know. One of the many reasons I married her almost a decade ago.
I'll try and fix the camera tomorrow, hopefully just a battery issue.
Workout in plan:
In broad strokes-Trinity in AM, something else in PM. Probably a MWF strength training with TThSat cardio thing. I'll have something more concrete tomorrow. Maybe.
Just know that in the spirit of friendly competition, I plan on crushing everyone and make you cry like the sissymaries you are.
Have fun,
CLiff

Current Pics!!
:excruciating:
The Horror!!
And yes, they were taken first thing this morning.
And yes, I did feel great, full of energy! :dazed: OK not really.
But 57 days from now, I will be looking great!

Hey Cliff,
You've got a good starting point. I'll check out your workout and see what you are doing.

Hi Cliff,
I checked out the workout forum and unless my middle-aged eyes missed it, I didn't see that you were posting yet. You've got a very good point to start with, because you aren't carrying any residual fat in prominent areas. In other words your body fat composition is not only already low, but it is evenly distributed. If I can make a suggestion, have you ever tried John's 500 rep daily pushup blitz? Done over the course of 4-6 weeks can make an amazing difference in a physique.

Pushup blitz, you say?
Hmmm..... I'll have to get my copy of PYTP back, I loaned it out to a friend.
I have been posting my workouts, but I got really unfocused this past week, and was thinking of rearranging everything anyway.
Thanks for the tip. I really do appreciate it.

Obviously, I missed the deadline.
No vast conspiracy, no contrived excuses, I just simply forgot the deadline.
Oops.
But, As promised, here are my after pics.
Enjoy tearing me apart, that's what the internet is for.

Hey Cliff,
Looks like you put on some chest and shoulder size and lost a little in the waist. Right or Wrong?

Greg,
I was thinking the same thing.
I took an unexpected break from training mid-contest, ate more than I'm "supposed to."
I think it spurred some growth.
I should do that more often.
Also, I concentrated Pushups, like you said, though I just couldn't mentally stomach the Pushup Blitz.
But I did get to 100 Hindu/Tiger Stretch Pushups in the Trinity Workout in 15 minutes.
Calm down, not in a row, but hey, it's a start.
Thanks,
Cliff

Cliff, you've definitely dropped some bodyfat! And you look more defined overall, probably a combination of more muscle and less fat. 60 days wasn't really enough time for there to be a dramatic change, I just chose time time frame because I figured most people would stick with it that long. Do a 6 month challenge (enough time for a real change) and most people are going to totally forget! You're looking really fit!
BTW, you should have a doctor take a look at that furry growth on your face when you do a handstand!

Thanks Joe!
If the dog keeps licking me in the face when I work on my handstands, I'm going to need a doctor.
Actually, with proper marketing, it could become a training tool.
