five healthy meals per day (no more fast/junk food)
water only (64oz per day)
-power breathing
10 every morning
10 before starting tiger moves
7 after each tiger move
10 after finishing tiger moves
-tiger moves and 3 mile treadmill run
3 sets spread throughout day of 10 rep tiger moves
1st set upon waking up, 3 mile run between 2nd and 3rd set in evening
every other day
