Soufrces say that a weekend full of booze eating and not much else was terrible for the body, but a lot of fun and a good release for the soul. I figured it owuld be a good last hoorah as I embark on the challenge.

I am 5'5" and currently weigh 165.6 this morning. The ugly thing about that is i've gained 5 lbs of fat in the last 3 weeks. Time to change things up and get my body moving!

Hi Omadon,

Good luck on the contest. I am dispensing advice to the various contestants that can be heeded or disregarded. I'll give you the same advice I've given some of the others for quick change - Atlas pushups, atlas situps, abdominal rolls and a few of the classic Atlas DSR's which can be found in John's books. The IsoPower Belt if you have one can replace the DSR's. Once again, good luck!

Thanks for the friendly advice, really appreciate it. I'm a big calisthenics guy myself. ned to post waht i've been doing in general, but it's mostly been rock climbing and hot yoga, but need to add more so that i can actually drop some of the fat. Again, thanks for the advice :)
