Here are my photos.
I'm 5'6', 140lbs. My goals are to increase definition and add some more muscle to my chest. For the first week I plan to focus on the VRT routine and throw in some pushups, pullups, and chins. I'll post some more detailed stats in my workout log.

Hi Michael,

Good luck on the contest. If I might make a suggestion, do your VRT movements first before you hit your chins and pushups. Get the strongest contractions possible, relax the the muscles for a second and then dive into the calisthenics. With the chins, do them slow and controlled and with the pushups put them under high tension. You might not be able to do as many reps this way, but it will quickly bring out the muscularity and size.
