New pics of the month..........Gone up to about 219 pounds but still under 220 which is a good sign...Really see some improvements not to brag but i'm getting the feeling i'm gonna be getting noticed for my arm and back development. This is month into the contest. Hope you guys like em.

Here are new and final pics for the contest....1 pound lighter at 218 pounds but can really see development in the abdominals and back muscles......Didnt do arm poses cause i wanted to show more of my ab and back development.
