Here’s an on line article showing some simple exercises that some may find interesting and or useful. In the article they use a Swiss ball but I’ll bet you could use a foot stool and some padding instead. Some of these exercises may be helpful for anyone (me included) that has a shoulder injury. All could be done Transformetrics / DVR style.

These exercises are from a book called Core Performance, which is actually a very interesting read. The author has a 12 week program where you workout 6 days a week for approximately 1 hour per day. Each day has a different component: flexibilty, strength, cardio, etc. A fan of Transformetrics could easily follow this program by using DVRs and DSRs to replace the weight training routines.

I used the routines a few years ago and was impressed, he apparently has used this method to train a number of high profile athletes.

A BOSU Ball is an expensive but highly useful "core" tool. Walmart now has 'em for $77
