I wish to thank all the posters to this site. At times I become frustrated since I cannot do what I did in my youth. I am really limited. When I feel down and sorry for myself, I spend extra time on this forum. I find new ideas I want to try. I get pumped up to push on. Sometimes a call to Mr. Peterson is the thing to snap me back. MikeNY is my biggest supporter.
So, if you ever are thinking about posting an idea of advice and get to feeling that it is not worth the effort, think of me. I may be just the one who needs you to post that idea.
Thank you.

Hey Hollyweed88,
I'm honored to call you, Ron Watson, one of my loyal friends. You have inspired me Ron because of your tenacious spirit. YOU HAVE BEEN AN EXAMPLE TO ME. You're a man Ron. And one of the very few men walking this planet along with some of my other friends on this forum whose respect I'd like to have.
Truth to tell, in some ways I have never even remotely been as challenged as I am right now. I have never had to deal with issues that I now face daily. Yet, at the same time, I have never seen more opportunity to grow as a man in every sense of the word and to prove that what I have been teaching these past six years is not all talk. It's the real deal and something that will help anyone to survive and even thrive in any circumstance. It's something that I live.
Here's the deal. We are all facing challenging times one way or another. But this is an opportunity for every one of our loyal forum friends to step up and discover for themselves that everything we have been teaching and advocating is the real deal. Now more than ever people need to learn to to develop their own intuitive abilities and to trust themselves and the unique abilities that God has placed within them. Truth to tell, NERVE FORCE, literally developing and cultivating it to the maximum will help any man or woman to face any situation and see beyond the immediate circumstances regardless of how dire they may seem at the moment. And you, Ron have exemplified this to me. Thank you for being one of the few men that I truly admire and whose respect I'd like to have. God Bless You My Friend.

hollyweed, I am glad to hear that we have been an inspiration to you at times as you have certainly been an inspiration to all of us. Life presents challenges to all of us,but I doubt that many of us will have to face the challenges that you face every day. Courage is the greatest human quality and I can't think of a better example of it than you. Gordon

I thought about your post for a couple of days.
I was trying to think of something pithy and wise to say, but the heck with it I'll just say what I think :)
IMHO life is about challenges, quite literally. Everyday is a struggle with gravity and the forces of age and general entropy. And the truth is, entropy is going to win eventually. But we can put up a good fight.
So I would say number 1 consideration is attitude.
There is a qiqong saying, "The Yi leads the Chi", which is, essentially "The mind leads the energy"
So I'd say that when things are a struggle it is of primary important to visualize where you want to go.
Also Royce's ETF primer would be really really valuable for you I think. ETF has helped me when I get upset about my back pain, or upset/stuck about anything really.
Being physically down is very challenging, because physical energy becomes mental energy and down (or up?) goes the spiral., So I'd say visualize strongly and often energy moving into your extremities and of course, moving when you can how you can. And of course walking is great too.
IMHO DVR is merely an extension of pure concentrated visualization.
Anyway that's enough yapping on my part. Take Care.
Jon
