I decided to start a new thread. I've been thinking about making push ups the focus of my next month's workouts and add a few exercises.
I am going to shoot for 500 push ups, not necessarily done in the same workout, but spread throughout the day.

Today I ran about 4 miles
Push ups
Warrior T's 5 x 20
Atlas I 1x80, 1x20
Tiger Bend 2 x 50
Atlas 3 2x25, 2x20, 1x10
Standard 5x20
100 Full range Atlas sit ups
Iso belt front curl 3 positions
bridge about 2 min.

Yesterday was a busy day working on the house.

I managed to do:
Atlas I 75,25
Standard 30,30,20,20
Power T's 3x20

1 1/2 Tae Kwan Do
