No workout today. Today is the first work day back from vacation and I REALLY wanted to email pics of our newly remodeled bathroom.
Unfortunately, there were NO workouts during the vacation. We were constantly on the go with little to no “free” time.

Tiger Moves: 10 each with moderate tension and no holds
-Full range pectoral contraction
-Shoulder roll
-Wrist twist
-High Reach
-One arm chin
-Abdominal contraction
-Half squat
-CAT
-Bicep DVR
I had to do a shorter workout as my wife and I didn’t get an adequate amount of sleep. The neighbors company leaving kept us up for a while, followed by the baby waking at 12:00 midnight, then a wrong number called at 1:45 a.m. I would say thank God for coffee. But, I’ve yet to determine if I can drink this morning’s work-brew black. My doctor currently has me on an “exclusion diet”, cutting out dairy and there is some “mild derivative” in the powdered creamer. So, I didn’t take a chance on it.

I've decided to take a drastically different approach to my posting for a while.
I'm in a new/different position at work. And, with our fiscal year end fast approaching, I'll need to spend MUCH more time getting things taken care of for year-end closing as well as for the auditors.
I also have a sneaking suspicion that although I haven't thought it consciously; I think my determination to post my workouts may actually be having a detrimental affect lately. Basically, I think I may be TOO worried about being able to remember what I do during my workout, as opposed to just trying to get a good workout in.
I am very much a detail oriented person. But, in an effort to improve my workouts, I’m going to try to refrain from posting, at least daily. I’m hoping to post summaries on more of a weekly basis.
With all of the new, and VERY good, changes in my life over the past couple of years, I NEED to work out. But, I also NEED to free my mind up to focus on my wife, family and generally taking care of things.
So, I won’t be viewing or posting as much as I have been. But, I WILL most definitely be keeping an eye on things. If nothing else, I have to keep an eye out for the new push up book to become available :)
