Anyone use these or remember using them from the High School days. The boards with the holes in them that you climb up with pegs.I was the king of these back then.I figured there probably pretty easy to build for those so inclined and offer alot of the same benefits of rope climbing plus there plain fun,or at least i think so.One of my favorite movie scenes is in Vision Quest where he climbs to the top to prove he can still wrestle after cutting all that weight.Lets not forget that its a Transformetrics friendly form of exercise.
Peace
I remember them too well going to school in NYC peg boards, ropes, pull ups, calisthetics were required from 7th grade to 12th. In the 60's and 70's. In 7th grade i could hardly go up two rows, by 9th grade i could do the whole board up and across and down, and also do it 4 wide etc. Todays kids should get that type of intro to fitness. Remember the president's fitness test?

As an aside, use small wooden dowels placed on the ground offer a very slight taste of the "pegboard effect" . "Walk" with 'em &/or fry your grip as you perform pushups(tricep pushdowns)
