Soon the bare trees will spread their stark shadows onto the fields of snow.
The brilliance of the fresh snow is as if diamonds are spread haphazardly. The air clean and pure, the heart at one with the shadows, the bare trees, the diamond snow, and yet another day to be alive!
Where does your Transformetrics find you today my friend? In what strange, unusual or mundane state of mind? The same can be asked about our bodies, our Spirit?
What is your ,'touch point of calligraphy',that will send you through a movement poem in this vast and as yet misunderstood system(please no disrespect my brothers and sisters-what I mean is that like Yoga,Like Qigong, you can study your entire life and stillfind you have merely been scratching the surface of dust on this immense book of knowledge-also there is the glaring fact that those that don't do this kind of workout cast their long shadow of doubt).
The touch point is critical. What motivates you, what gets you up and moving and continuing your progress? What is consistent in you even through the waves of impermance we must surf in this life?
Awhile ago I wrote about the genuine smile. The inward outward expression of such strengthens all aspects of being human. When we have such a touchpoint, each day becomes exactly what it is;no more,no less,it simply is.Some days the riding on the surf can be a sunami, others gentle swells, but when we have this inner knowledge of the genuine smile-the realization that we essentially rest in the ocean not the waves that continue to break on the beach,we have found that,'touch point'.
Yes it is true somedays are less stellar than others.Just the other day, when hitting the matt,I found that the poem of movement was choppy, almost clumsy.I had to stop and breathe deeply for several moments so the waves of the day could seetle back down to the realization of the sea.It was then,an okay workout.
What makes you tick my brother,my sister? What is your essential practise coming in that makes your practise,'you' on a day to day basis? When you find it the touch point has been found. With the touch point you can't help but write a fine poem with your mind/body/spirit.God Bless you all....
peace,
jason ps.still very hectic work andlife schedule.i am doing my best to catch up here on the forum.hopefully soon i will have more time to contribute to others threads-please forgive me my friends.John i will talk to you soon,i miss you brother and our conversations....
