I know this is probably a dumb question, but are the exercises featured in M7 different from what is found in PYTP or IPR?

Thanks

The M7 book might be John's best written book, he polished it and put a lot of work into it. The first section are the 7 Tiger moves exercises, think slow motion, moving Isometrics taken from Kung fu. This one section will take someone that is out of shape into fitness or can be used by someone in MMA and in great shape. 20 minutes a day to fitness.

The 2nd section is about diet and nutrition.

The 3rd section is seven workouts, each with seven exercises. The first six workouts cover the body head to toe, the last section is how to speed from a couple pushups to hundreds per day in a month and advanced exercsies. One could say this section is a concise, to the point version of the Atlas Course.

The book is small maybe 8" by 6" 199 pages, very, very well written, own the M7 and PYTP. If you were on a desert island this is the book you'd want for all your fitness.
